Paul is an independent communications consultant with a focus on climate economics. He currently serves as an Executive Fellow of the World Economic Forum.

Paul has three decades of global marketing communications and public relations experience. A former Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations, he has led regional teams for some of the world’s best-regarded global PR agencies, and created communications strategies for many of the world’s leading companies and brands.

Paul is based in Hong Kong.
